The American Influencer Awards
Founded in 2016, the American Influencer Association was established to provide a network and recognition program for well known and emerging influencers on social media. Incubated in beauty categories alone, that recognition program became the American Influencer Awards, hosting its first awards show in 2017. In 2019, the American Influencer Association partnered with the USA TODAY NETWORK, a top-five news provider in the country, to expand its reach and continue its mission of honoring those who use their platforms to positively impact our lives.
In 2021, after success with beauty categories, the American Influencer Awards expanded to also include fashion, fitness and lifestyle categories, furthering its mission. Nominees and winners are selected through a public nomination and voting process and reviewed by an advisory board. We are proud to celebrate the inclusive and diverse talent represented through our nominees, winners, presenters, committees and the overall social media influencer community.

The metallic award is highlighted with category coloring accents, showcasing its unique angled features and the American Influencer Awards logo.
